When you first download and begin using VNS3, you receive 2 weeks of free support. During your free two weeks, you may encounter issues of configuration with 3rd party firewalls, routers or remote gateways. Our support FAQs and forums cover most of the common set up issues.
If you require more assistance we offer in-depth product orientation. Our orientation is customized to your use case, and can be as thorough as you need. If feasible, we also offer in-person orientation and ongoing professional advising to make sure your project is a success.

After the initial set up period, you can choose the support tier that fits your team’s needs.
